BEATSONS CAN-NOT BE BEATEN:- My order never arrived so I phoned Beatsons to query this in the morning and my call was instantly answered which was impressive. The Gentle-man who answered and dealt with my call was affable, amiable, kind, patient and offered me the perfect solution to my predicament by instigating another order for me straight-away which was deeply appreciated by me. I was extremely impressed with the superlative service I received from Beatsons. The over-all experience I have received from Beatsons has been of the highest standard because all my fears were allayed once I received the reassurance from the Gentle-man when I phoned. I recommend them highly with-in their market operational sphere and that is why I felt it incumbent upon-on me to give them this five star review on Trust- Pilot.

Not screened top soil
Ordered bag of screened top what I got looked all right On top rest made up clay and stones. Not the first to get this as another review states the same so obviously done regularly won't be back

Late delivery
Waited in all day (2nd March) .No delivery,so wasted a whole day waiting.Finally turned up today(3rd)in the afternoon,even though was told it would be a morning delivery. Not impressed at all.

Beatsons, always my first choice over other merchants
I’ve used Beatsons for many years and have had nothing but great service from them, they have always looked after my needs and should there be any hold ups or delays they are always on the phone as soon as it comes to light to let me know so I can liaise with my clients. I think part of the reason they have a great attitude is that they’re a local company rather than one of the big national companies who lose the personal touch and don’t seem to care about local tradesmen, whereas Beatsons do go the extra mile to look after their customers and as a result they have a genuinely good relationship with them.The new card payment system they’ve introduced is, I believe an extension of their great service to their customers.
