Worst experience with a beachbody coach put me on her son's team first of all. And he didn't even workout so unprofessional. She was rude to you if you did not order or couldn't I was not impressed with her as a coach horrible only about money not you personally. Once I was no longer paying her she was rude to me. I will never use this again even though I like the workouts and lost a lot weight I never use because of her! Alison Gannon worst coach!

cancelled my subscription on 2 May 2024 and did not authorise any renewal beyond that date. Despite this, I have been charged for an annual subscription renewal.I also did not receive any pre-billing notification or renewal reminder prior to this charge being taken, and therefore had no opportunity to review or prevent the renewal.Importantly, I raised a refund request immediately after the charge was applied, which clearly demonstrates that I did not consent to this transaction. This situation raises serious concerns under applicable consumer protection laws:Under the UK’s Consumer Rights Act 2015, contract terms must be fair, transparent, and clearly communicated. Charging after cancellation and without proper notice may constitute an unfair and unenforceable practice.Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers must be provided with clear and timely information regarding recurring payments and renewal terms.Under Canadian consumer protection principles, including the Consumer Protection Act 2002, automatic renewals must be clearly disclosed and, in many cases, require advance notice. Charging after cancellation or without renewal notice may render the transaction invalid.Given that:I cancelled the service on 2 May 2024,I was charged on 30 March 2026,I did not receive any pre-bill renewal email notificationUnder DMCAA act of 2024, this is an illegal act of BODI

Scammed by Bodi by Beachbody. The company withdrew an unauthorized amount of money from my account, repeatedly, and they refuse to handle the situation. Their customer service is a nightmare and is pretty much non existent. I have reached out so many times in hopes to resolve this issue professionally.

Anyone signing up for service- mark your calendars for when the renewal date. If you miss, they will absolutely not refund you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are such a shady company. Their workouts are good as is their trainers. However, they mislead you into thinking that you are purchasing a program but in reality you are spending $200 for "Early Access" and once you cancel your annual membership, you no longer have access to the programs that you thought you had bought. And don't get me started on their shady automatic renewals. I have wasted thousands on them and would've considered renewing but the way that they are set up now is terrible and their customer service is one of the worst that I have experienced. They are a scam and make it impossible to cancel or access the things that you paid for unless you continue to give them money every year. I highly warn anyone against engaging in their shady business. There are so many better options out there. Don't waste your money.

Zero stars if i possible could..Beware of Unauthorized Charges & No Customer SupportI do not recommend BODi / Beachbody.I cancelled my subscription on February 1, 2024 and have written confirmation of that cancellation. I was not charged at all in 2025, which confirms my account was properly closed.Despite this, BODi charged my card on February 5, 2026... nearly two years after my account was cancelled. When I contacted them, they attempted to classify this charge as a “renewal” and hide behind a no-refund renewal policy. That explanation is false. You cannot renew a subscription that has been cancelled for two years. This was an unauthorized charge, plain and simple. What makes this worse:There is no customer service phone number. The only option is a chat system that provides scripted responses and no real resolution. You’re effectively trapped in a loop while your money is taken.I have screenshots proving my cancellation, yet getting help has been unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming.If you sign up, be aware:Cancellation does not guarantee you won’t be charged laterGetting a human to help you is nearly impossibleYou may have to dispute charges with your bank to get your money backThis experience has destroyed my trust in this company. There are far better fitness platforms that don’t rely on confusing billing practices and inaccessible support.Proceed with caution. Absolutely disgraceful.

This company is horrible. Do not get roped into it. They have zero customer service. I tried to get a refund on my subscription and was told no. They are horrible. Forget trying to talk to a person, they have chats from God knows where and you will get NOWHERE. They should not even be in business.

This company relies on auto-renewal traps and then hides behind rigid policies to keep your money. My membership renewed automatically without my knowledge. I noticed the charge within two days, contacted them immediately, and requested cancellation and a refund. I have not used the service at all since the renewal. None. Zero usage.Their response? A flat refusal. They claim a reminder email was sent (convenient), and use that as justification to keep money for an unused service. This isn’t customer service — it’s a cash grab. Any company that genuinely cared about customers would issue a refund without hesitation in this situation. Instead, they chose to nickel-and-dime a loyal customer. This experience made it very clear: once they have your payment details, they’re more interested in enforcing fine print than doing what’s fair or reasonable. Loyalty means nothing to them.If you sign up, watch your billing like a hawk. If an auto-renewal slips through, don’t expect flexibility, understanding, or basic decency. Plenty of companies offer similar services without resorting to these greedy, anti-customer practices.

Same as all the other reviews. Their auto renewal policy is horrible and deceptive. Be careful if you sign up - cancel your auto renewal immediately!

Similar to other reviews I've been trying to cancel literally for years. They ignore emails and voice mail messages, the email linked to the account hasn't been used for years but the only way to login is to verify by an email they send to that account, the chat feature can't help unless you login, which I literally can't. I tried to finally dispute the last charge with my credit card company and they fraudulently stated that I have been accessing the account the whole time which I LITERALLY CAN'T DO. I have no way to cancel, and they just keep charging every quarter
