Terminal screws too short
The screws that were supplied for the battery terminals were too short once the terminal connections were put on top of the screws. I ended up using the screws from the old battery (YUSA brand).

The website is informative
The website is informative, answers most of the questions about it's products. The rep was helpful when I called on the phone. The battery was delivered quickly, came as advertised, except for the "spacers"? Otherwise, the battery fit my motorcycle and is working perfectly (only time will tell as to how long it lasts). I bought the Big Crank battery to replace my Yuasa for my 08 Kawasaki Versys 650. I have heated gear, GPS, and driving lights on the bike, so the battery gets a workout!

The USPS tracking number stated that it…
The USPS tracking number stated that it was delivered in/at a mailbox but it wasn't my mailbox. I contacted batterymart to let them know that I didn't receive it and asked them to follow-up with USPS. They told me to contact my local post office but I told them it was a waste of my time. Will at batterymart said he'd follow-up on my behalf which is great! If the original battery doesn't show up, I will order it again from batterymart because they were willing to follow-up even though I gave up!
