No response to their error is supplying incorrect product

I bought a pair Birkenstocks at the very beginning of January and they sent the incorrect size. They asked for photographic evidence of the packaging, items, incorrect size details etc. Now at the end of March the issue still has not been resolved. I have a pair of shoes that are way too big and they will not respond.

My experience with Baltini

My shopping experience with Baltini was overall very positive and enjoyable. The website is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to browse their impressive selection of luxury items. Checkout was smooth and hassle-free, even when ordering from the USA, with no issues at all regarding international purchasing. The packaging was excellent, and delivery arrived promptly and in great condition. The only minor downside was that the boots I ordered, listed as size 12US, fit more like an 11US, so they ended up being too snug for me and I gave them away as a gift. Aside from that sizing discrepancy, Baltini is a fantastic place to shop for high-end pieces, and I'd happily order from them again.💯

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with BaltiniI had a terrible experience with Baltini. I purchased designer shoes expecting them to arrive brand new, as advertised. Instead, they arrived used, dirty, and clearly worn. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury item.I immediately contacted customer service and provided clear photo evidence showing the condition of the shoes. They kept asking for more pictures and additional proof, which I provided right away. After that? Nothing but excuses and delays.Despite sending everything they requested, they refused to issue a refund and stopped properly responding. It feels like they were just trying to stall instead of taking responsibility.For a company selling high-end designer products, this level of service and lack of accountability is shocking. Buyers beware — if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind what they sell.Very disappointed and will never shop here again.

My order shipping status is stuck and not being updated and there is no support

My order shipping status has not been updated since more than a week ago.It has been 2 days since I raised the issue to Baltini but no one has helped.I can't get in touch with any of Baltini customer service support.So basically there is no support on this issue.

Shoes 'lost in transit'???

Purchased some shoes which got 'lost in transit'. I was refunded but because I purchased from Australia, I was charged an international banking charge and this was not refunded. So not only did I not get my shoes but I also didn't get a full refund. Not sure I will trust the company enough to purchase from again.

Almost 2 weeks and item not shipped

Have purchased a few items from Baltini in the past and had no issues. This time around I purchased 2 items (19/01) and on the 27/01 customer service advised me the 1 of the items was lost in transit and asked me to exchange for something else which then was posted a few days after. Have had back and forth emails with customer service about the other item and they have been completely useless. I have a feeling this one is lost as well but it appears they are not doing anything about it and using the excuse that their supplier is delayed due to high demand. It doesn't make sense the replacement item was shipped but not the original order. Purely due to the customer service I will not be purchasing anything from Baltini in the future. Order BAL203675.

Birkenstocks debacle.

Order Birkenstocks. Assumed they were a regular fit because nowhere anywhere on any of their links do they stipulate if they are regular or narrow fit. Once they arrived (as narrow) I checked everything again and saw nothing saying they were narrow fit so sent an email requesting a refund. I had to deal with the most obtuse, dim-witted, incapable person named “Jennie” absolute useless representative incapable of showing me where the listing stipulated the fit of the shoe. Now I’m stuck having to sell these useless shoes because the cost of postage from Australia to America is abhorrent. Awful experience. Felt like I was taking crazy pills having to communicate with an invertebrate mammal with the brain capacity of a legume.
