Like new!!
The laptop is just like new and came in 2 days after ordering which I was not expecting at all. No signs of damage and runs great for video editing.

Back market is SOLID
Back market is SOLID. It’s fed ex their shipper that’s gonna make u regret purchasing. But the product is perfect! I’d buy any phone from back market as long as I can set up my own delivery😳

Bought a MacBook Pro 14-inch M2 Pro…
Bought a MacBook Pro 14-inch M2 Pro (2023) listed as Apple Certified Refurbished. Powered it on for the first time and was immediately greeted with "Important Battery Message — the battery isn't functioning normally and requires service."Ran diagnostics: 2 battery cycles and already flagged as "Service Recommended." This battery was dead before it ever left the warehouse. At $1,700 this is unacceptable — especially for a product marketed as certified refurbished.Now I'm stuck choosing between paying $200+ out of pocket for an Apple battery replacement or sending the machine back and losing weeks on a project that depends on it. Neither should be my problem.If you're considering Back Market for a MacBook, buy from Apple's own refurbished store instead. Same price range, actual warranty, and a battery that works.Whats even better is chat agents wont respond. The chat window just sits idle. I'm sending messages to nobody.

So far I’ve purchased three phones from back market for myself, my daughter and my boyfriend and I will keep purchasing from them. Never have had any issues. Phones are phenomenal. Shipping is extremely fast. I’ve done one trade and I did receive the amount.

This is the second product I have bought from Back Market and I couldn't be happier with either product. I bought a computer 4 years ago and Im still clicking away on it. The phone I just purchased is like brand new and functions perfectly. I have told every one about back market! 🥰

Agreed on price, never paid.
I shipped my Xbox and accessories. they maintained the offer and confirmed the condition that I claimed the unit was in. 10 days later and numerous emails with support I have not been paid and I can't get my xbox back. At this point, I am being forced to threaten legal action to recoup my losses
