Terrible experience Babyshop.com

Terrible experience — would not order again.I placed a small order (~$60), and was later hit with over $100 in UPS import duties and fees, which is higher than the value of the order itself. These charges were not clearly disclosed at checkout in any meaningful way.When I reached out to Babyshop for support, they were completely unhelpful and simply redirected me to UPS instead of taking responsibility or assisting in resolving the issue.I had no choice but to cancel delivery due to these excessive and unexpected charges. Instead of addressing the situation, Babyshop then charged me an additional $90 “refusal fee” for a package I never received.

I wanted to share my positive…

I wanted to share my positive experience, because I myself got very nervous after reading all the negative reviews here. So I made an order, paid, but no order confirmation appeared on screen and no order confirmation was send to my email. I got nervous. Then read a lot of negative comments on instagram and here, and contacted Babyshop.com to cancel my order if my order doesn’t exist. To which they quickly replied and send me the order details. And then it took 8-9 days to get my order delivered. All went good! Please don’t worry, they are not a scam shop. I think they just have poor systems and need to improve their technical items (did r smoke to make sure a client immediately gets order confirmation appeared). But otherwise all went fine! I ordered 3 items and received all of them. Just wanted to leave this feedback for those people worried:)

Avoid at all costs - Fraud!

I purchased 2 pairs of toddler winter boots. They arrived weeks later, too late for our trip. Therefore I had bought the boots from another retailer. I tried to courier these boots to get a refund within the required time period BUT Babyshop refused the return parcel!!! So...apparently, it is coming back to me. Babyshop is engaging in the the unlawful practice, I will certainly file formal complaints to the Swedish Consumer Agency as well as my bank reporting fraudulent activity. Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order 2 weeks ago

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Order number 147178. it was for 2 bikes. I received one bike only and tried to contact support. they replied after 3-4 days saying they are checking with the warehouse about the status. Snce then no reply. there is no contact number or anyother way to reach out to them...

I placed an order with items on sale…

I placed an order with items on sale and took a screenshot of the order confimation. A day later the order was cancelled because of technical difficulties and offered a 15% discount on my next order. I reached out with my screenshot to get a price match ( because the prices went up in the meantime) and I got a very rude response that I should know that it was a mistake because their items were deeply discounted? Very disappointing and won’t be ordering again. I have ordered from junior edition before and got items up to 90% off so when I see a 70% discount I don’t assume it’s a mistake. Why do you put items on sale on your page to not honor it? After some research it’s called Bait and switch and it’s illegal. So why are you practicing that? Very disappointing.

Worst shooping platform for online

Worst shooping platform for online. The items never artives on time. This is my fourth time experiencing online shopping with baby shop and as usual it never comes on time and always delay for two three days. Really sick of this online shopping. Overall zero customer service as they never resolve the issue and just say if you do not recieve on time we will eacalate the isue and when the complain is escaled nothing happens only one apology email comes thats it. File number also i am adding 10052445, 10048969 and the current order as well took 3 days
