My wife ordered 2 dolls for Christmas…
My wife ordered 2 dolls for Christmas and they were never delivered. When you look up the tracking number, it clearly shows that they were never delivered but they will not give us our 300 bucks back. They use an outside insurance company who says they need proof like a police report. The proof is clear in the tracking number that it was never delivered. I would not suggest buying from this company.

The doll is beautiful but I got sad…
The doll is beautiful but I got sad when I tried to find the button to turn on and hear the sound that the description said in the Babeside page. The doll didn't have the breathing or the heart sound in her chest. I choose this doll because it said she has those systems but it doesn't.😔😔😔😔😔

Terrible product & customer service
Terrible, terrible, terrible. My daughter and I were so excited for this doll, she received it as a gift and when she opened it there was a chunk of hair missing (you could see the holes where it should have been) - I sent the picture to customer service. The service was worse than the quality of the dolls. As my daughter touched it the rooted hair would fall out!! I have it back in the box as we tried to resolve the issue but babe side offered a 15% a discount or pay extortionate amount to return and they also insisted it would take a very long time - instead of taking accountability for their defective product! Wanted to order others but now I just keep telling people to stay away!!!

We love the baby so much she is perfect soft squishy and beautiful we love how she has a wet system my daughters love her I would definitely recommend them again great job got here on time love the box opening it was amazing

Reborn 20’’ Maris doll
I really wish I could attach pictures to this review as the doll we received versus the picture on the website is almost funny. We ordered a soft body with vinyl limbs and head - soft ‘real to touch’ skin and posable…it is simply plastic…not at all posable. We were also advised it was hand finished. I’m not sure by who, but the doll looks like a middle aged woman. The hair is balding, and the head appears to be attached too far forward, so she has a hunched back. Where the plastic is attached to the body, you can see visible ‘clips’. The quality is horrible.We emailed customer service to see if we’d been sent the incorrect product…apparently not!?!? We were initially offered 15%, then 20%, then 25% refund…this doll is unrecognisable to the one ordered and my expectation is a refund plus postage back to china…I thought they were USA based, apparently not. Having read a few subsequent reviews, I’d be hesitant to return without first receiving the refund. This was a birthday gift for my daughter, she is so disappointed as she was really excited. Buyer beware.

Perfect gift for my baby girl Hira!
I had a wonderful experience with Babeside. I bought the reborn doll for my baby girl Hira, and we absolutely love it. The doll is incredibly realistic, soft, and beautifully made. It brought so much joy and warmth to our home. The quality is amazing and the delivery was fast and well packaged. I truly recommend Babeside to anyone looking for a special and meaningful doll!

Highly recommend
I was super skeptical ordering at first but I’m so glad that I did! I wasn’t looking for an authentic reborn baby and the price tag that came with it. I was looking for the same look and feel of a reborn doll (full silicone) for my nine year-old daughter that wouldn’t break the bank. Babeside definitely delivered those expectations, great quality, and overall great product. Very happy customer, will purchase again!

The products that I have looked at and… i’ve looked at both your vitals and silicone’s online with other people and listening to other artists and collectors reviews on your product.
The products that I have looked at and comparatively shopped with other sites are quite good. I am an artist and have started dabbling and painting silicone’s. I currently have been painting primarily vinyls. I’ve been doing it for about four years and now I’m starting by hand with silicones. I would love to be able to do some reviews for your company if you choose to send me a vinyl I’d be happy to review. Please let me know
