Hi my name is Valencia. I'm having issues with Avon where took away my credit limit with Avon without my knowledge and didn't told me if make certain order 6 campaign automatically get remove with no email anything. I read can be reinstated off website online but refuse reinstate my credit limit and also refuse remove block my account because told call damage purchase told put restriction no longer get refund damage products. Thanks

The products continuously change, when you find one you like it's discontinued and the available products are out of stock for months at a time. This used to be a good company for beauty and fashion products, but not anymore. Don't waste your time trying their products, they change or get discontinued them as soon as you find one you like. If it's not discontinued it won't be available for 3-5 months.

I would give a 0 star if I could. I tried to cancel or change my address because the shipping address was incorrect right after I created it, and they wouldn't do that, and now I have to end up paying $46.29 (the whole order was only $89) to change the address with UPS. This is Avon's response and it's unheard of: "Once your order has been submitted successfully, it will be in a "Processing" status. Your order is immediately sent to the warehouse to prepare for shipping. This is the reason why we couldn't change the shipping address for your order or cancel it." They are the only stores in the world that you can't make a change or cancel the order right after you made an order.

I used to love Avon and I recently purchased clothing for the first time from them it was $45 plus taxes. When it arrived it had weird pointy shoulders so decided to return it and they told me I have to pay to ship it back to them. Post office cheapest way was $22 so that’s awful customer service. Can’t believe they make the customer pay for shipping to return. Shame on you Avon. Never again!

I trusted Avon products for years then new ownership destroyed the one thing I loved for hand cream. They destroyed ot first with a very horrible smell then they took it off the market. That’s it for me. I don’t use their makeup or colognes and certainly not the clothes or jewelry so I will not darken the website any longer. I tried the new lotions and they were not good. None of them.

I am writing based on my experience for the last six months ...number one my Avon rep has been canceling my order that I submit online. It's been consistent the last six months, last month she completely canceled my online order completely. I tried to order it online and have it delivered to my house and for some reason, the website would not accept my payment so I called the 1 800 number this morning 1/16/26 7:40am pacific time and the gentleman named Charles (his code SPTE438) horrible customer service wouldn't help me wouldn't let me speak to someone to help me. I had to hang up and call back to submit my order.AND if I didn't love Avon products I would not order them ever again unfortunately I love the products, but the customer service is awful.So thankfully I finally got someone who is really really good after the fact and I guess from now on I have to just order the products directly through the 1 800 number but make sure I don't get in touch with Charles. Something needs to be done about this and there's no way to contact anyone which is why I'm writing a review here.

Buyers beware when purchasing on the Avon website. Avon offered a discount via an online " spin the wheel" for a discount. I got a text and email confirmation that the discount was valid, and I immediately made my purchase. However, at checkout I was unable to apply it. I contacted Avon and the rep stated that the offer had expired. Nowhere on the offer did it have an expiration date . The agent was unwilling to apply the small 15% discount even though it was Avon's misleading offer that I followed.

Don't order from their website its absolute trash. If you make 1 mistake you can't change or cancel anything. Customer service was not helpful and told me it was my fault.

This is what was shipped to me. I called customer service and Stephanie directed me to Avon.com. She was not helpful. I had two separate orders that arrived in two separate boxes. Neither were packed well and one box had body wash that was broken and leaked onto all of my other products. Nothing in that box was giftable. Nothing! The second box contained smaller items that were destroyed due to two big bottles of body wash rolling all over them during shipment. Even the lipstick keychain was broken during that and the boxes were destroyed. That box even had a small tube of hand cream smashed in half. Nothing was giftable in that box either. I spent 135$ on both orders. I was informed it would take 3 days for a response from the email I sent with pictures. My rep has been retired from Avon for two years and wasn’t much help. I am frustrated because these were Christmas gifts. I have yet to see what Avon plans to do about this, but waiting 3 days for a response is awful. Christmas is around the corner and I spent 135$ of Christmas budget on two boxes that looked like they came straight from a nasty dumpster!

bought a cream from the Avon brand (the phytoceramides one) and had a very nasty rash and irritation. Te label said it is dermatologically tested. I don't think it was tested for all types of skin. I do not recommend their cream.
