Simple ordering of various accessories to complement my newly purchased Ava pressure washer which I'm very pleased with. Unfortunately I bought the pressure washer elsewhere as it was cheaper than direct from AVA (Why?)

Game Changer for Car Detailing!
Last year i picked up the AVA Easy P40 and, honestly, I’m really impressed with it. After using this for about 6-8 months now i can give honest review after using it almost twice a week since buying it.For the performance you get, it feels like great value. If you want a pressure washer that’s clearly been designed with real users in mind, this one definitely fits the bill.The fact it comes as standard with a stubby gun. Normally, if you want a short gun for better control – especially when you’re getting into wheel arches or tight engine bays – you end up paying a fair bit extra for an aftermarket one. Having a solid, high‑quality stubby gun included straight out of the box is a huge plus and saved me some money right away.The trigger is another win. The “Easy” name isn’t just for show – it’s genuinely light and comfortable to use. I’ve used pressure washers before that leave your hand aching after ten minutes, but this one is effortless. Even longer jobs, like doing two cars back-to-back, are no problem at all.I also really like the built-in hose reel. The whole unit is compact, and the reel keeps that bright lime green hose neat, tidy, and free from most of the annoying kinks.Overall, the build quality feels premium, and the thoughtful touches – like including the stubby gun as standard – make it feel more like a pro-level setup without the pro-level price tag. I’d happily recommend it.

Issue with Order, no problem for AVA!
I dealt with Rachel when there was a slight issue with my order and she, without fuss and with a lot of patience, sorted out my issue. Even though I haven't even received my order yet I am so very impressed with the customer service of AVA of Norway and would recommend them wholeheartedly! Thanks Rachel

Order not received, support lacking.
I placed an order online directly with AVA and received a notification of my order “processing”. A few days later a “free gift” of cleaning fluid arrived. But no pressure washer. I contacted support to ask where my pressure washer was, and they said they could see my order had been completed. There is no way to contact support by phone. Utterly dreadful service and I still have no pressure washer. I am about to place a charge dispute with my credit card provider.

Stay away from this product brought the…
Stay away from this product brought the p80 few years back. Use it to clean the car that is it. Constantly blows fuses. Attachments leak because the blue inserts on thr nozzles become loose and get stuck sometimes. Nothing but problems. Brought this because it had long warranty and they said its built to last barely lasted 4 years just cleaning my car once a month. Hasn't been right since day one. I give up. Customer service is shocking no contact number. Stay clear I was you.
