Everything I ordered was correct
Everything I ordered was correct and of good quality. Only complaint would be the shipping time on this occasion 13 days. Much longer than normal but still great service

Delivery & Communication Issues
After a long awaited parcel that was needed for immediate repairs, the parcels had to be sent back with further delay. Communication with Evri was horrible it said that the parcel was delivered but no sign of it. Without contacting me they refunded the money. Offered me a voucher for the same purchase but I could not wait that long again. I am forced to use another retailer. This is the second time something like that happened.

I placed my order on the 21st, and they initially promised delivery by the 25th. Now, without any valid reason, the date has been pushed to the 30th.This is becoming a pattern and feels like a SCAM.1. Extra Charges: They take extra payment for delivery, yet they fail to meet their own deadlines.2. Weekly Delays: It seems they habitually deliver parts a week later than promised, which is unacceptable when someone's vehicle is stuck in the garage.

Awful Service
Don't make it clear that items are dispatched from Germany not the UK, just telling people that would prepare them for the fact that "Next day" delivery means at least 4-5 days, then they use Evri who are pathetically bad and your parcel goes to the wrong house in a completely different street (If you receive it at all) then when you try to contact the company you only get a very limited chatbot that can't understand your problem, and you have to google search to find the company e-mail because it's not on the website!Terrible company I won't use them againHaving read Autodoc's reply I'm not satisfied they say they don't hide information but the e-mail address certainly wasn't easy to fid on the website, I went to the "Contact us" section and it definitely wasn't there! and that is where people would expect to find it! as for delivery, whatever excuses you offer it doesn't make it clear that you ship from Germany, and as for you saying "We don't offer one day delivery" it's misleading that the courier service is listed as "Next day delivery" yes, I understand that it actually means next day after Evri receive it but again IT'S NOT CLEAR!And on the subject of Evri they are useless and don't help the situation when they deliver to the wrong property in even the wrong street that has a sign by the door that doesn't match the address on the parcel!

Great prices but misleading delivery…
Great prices but misleading delivery dates in their descriptions. I ordered springs on Tuesday for delivery on Saturday. The listing said Saturday and so did all of the status updates until late Thursday night. Evri delivered on Monday

Avoid this company
Avoid this company! I placed an order worth £142.19 on March 6th, and I still have neither the product nor a refund. They incorrectly matched the oil to my car, and then lost the package in their own warehouse. Instead of a full refund, they are trying to push a £15 coupon on me. I want my £142.19 back immediately. Unprofessional and dishonest service.
