I called about pain surrounding a lower…

I called about pain surrounding a lower tooth and possibly infected. They got me in right away, but took a series of at least 16 x-rays including a panoramic x-ray! The doctor told me about everything in my mouth I already knew that needed work! Barely looked at or addressed my tooth that was in pain. He told me it was just inflamed and not infected. Dismissed it and told me they would get a treatment plan together for me. I couldn't sleep all that night because my tooth became worse. The pain was horrible I could barely talk without it hurting. Called and got into another dental office thankfully especially it being a Friday! They did a limited oral exam and a couple x-rays! Told me there was infection in there and my tooth needs to be pulled after infection clears. This is a case of medical negligence! I could get very ill from this without treatment! Aspen Dental not only neglected the reason why I came to them for a painful tooth but prioritized a treatment plan over my tooth pain and failed to treat an active infection that put my life at risk! If I could I would give them 0 stars! Shame on them prioritizing money over people's lives!

had a 10.30 appt arrived at 10.00 waited in lobby till 12.00 and just walked away this is unacceptable for a company, it needs to close its doors, very unprofessional place, go at your own risk even with an appointment it want get you in, never use this place find a reptuble business elsewhere,

so unprofessional I tried to pay for my visit with a debit card They were unable to process it so I had to pay with cash They didn't have change for my payment so I ended up paying $30. instead of the $29. How professional I am not going back

Awful customer service

Awful customer service! On the day they did surgery on my mouth I had brought a water bottle inside and asked if I could put it on the counter I was told yes and then and then thing of a surgeon Threw It On The Floor. A Rude, NASTY THING! Said I would never go back to that Dennist again. Then finding out sometime later from my new dentist for the bridge that they did, they didn't tell me that I needed to clean under that bridge I could have lost it by infection. It was bad enough because I had a lot of bleeding very sore, inflamed when they were looking at it that made me so upset paying over $3,000 for this bridge they didn't have the brains enough to tell me I need to clean under it or didn't show me anything about doing anything useless, incompetent people!!! You must be careful of who you put your trust in doing your dental work! Don't do it here! Aspen Dental stinks!!!😡😡😡

Aspen dental is a complete disaster and…

Aspen dental is a complete disaster and scam.. this is one time in my life I have regretted spending 5k of my hard earned money just to straighten my teeth.. it didn’t work!! And to top it off, I asked for all of my Moto trays the two idiots front desk staff and so called office manager came out and gave me few. Again, something told me to check and after double checking I realized they still had the rest of the Moto Trays!!! So I did called them and I got the same idiot again on the line saying oh I’m sorry we have them here. Had to returned back to see the idiot bring it out to my car because I wasn’t going to step foot in a their clinic. Lesson learned if your gut tells you something is off, listen! I pray and hope that the owner have all of her teeth fall out of that mouth of hers!!

Great dentures, gentle dentists and techs, and wonderful customer service at two different locations!

I've visited two different Aspen Dental locations over the years: one in Madison, Tennessee, and the other in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Obviously I can't speak for other locations, but all of my experiences with both of these locations have been wonderful!In Madison, they pulled my lower teeth and set me up with a new full set of dentures (I previously only had a top plate). The whole process was quick from start to finish, and they gave me the best dentures I've ever had, at a reasonable price, and offered financing that was a lifesaver for me. Having to finance anything is always scary and I try to avoid it, but in this case it was necessary, and I appreciated having options in order to afford care that I desperately needed.More recently, I visited the Bowling Green location (closer to where I live now) in order to get a new set of dentures, as my old lower plate (10+ years old!) had been destroyed by my dog and I was without teeth! Again, I had a wonderful experience that was quick and efficient. Even though it was the holidays and they were very busy with people trying to use their benefits before the end of the year, they worked hard to get my denture to me fast so that I would be able to eat better. I only needed to have it adjusted slightly once, and they're great and very comfortable now. More importantly, however, the staff at this location was some of the friendliest I've ever encountered at any business. All the ladies at the front desk have greeted me when I've entered, the workers behind the desk and techs and dentists working in the back always smiled at me and said hello even when I was just passing by them. It went a long way towards making me feel comfortable at the dentist -- because after all, I don't think any of us really ENJOY going to the dentist, right? Comfort is important. I'm just very pleased with them. I won't make the mistake of trying anyone else ever again -- two great experiences at two entirely different Aspen Dental offices ten years apart means a lot.

I have had my dentures for quite a…

I have had my dentures for quite a while now, but I have never worn the bottom ones because every time I go to eat, they come out the top ones even when I have something to keep them in slip off if I go out and have a couple of drinks of water or something. I haven’t had a steak for two years. I’ve been back in the office several times to have the bottom one fitted they never work. Now I’m told that I’m gonna have to pay out-of-pocket if I wanna have anything done that’s bullshit. i’m not real sure that’s the date that I had my dentures done. It’s been a while, but I really would like to be able to choose something.

Bad awful dentures

I have had my full set of dentures for over a year now. I hate them! Food sticks to them. The bottoms don't fit right. I was back several times & they still aren't right!! I try to keep them out! I'm SO MAD 😡! I wouldn't recommend this Aspen in Cambridge Minnesota for anything!!!!!!

Actually I would rate this organized…

Actually I would rate this organized crime establishment a big fat ZERO. As soon as they get your money, their attitude changes. The reason they get the moon upfront is because people would refuse to pay after they realize that the employees of Aspen dental are nothing more than a front for theft. Those ads are fraudulent and just not at all accurate. Every time I see those ads, I get physically sick. They are nothing but thieves. My experience is so horrible and my complaint is so long that it would take hours to describe. This establishment preys on senior citizens. Most senior citizens don’t have access to complain, therefore, these thieves continue to operate. They are the worst organization I have ever dealt with. For more horror stories about their incompetence, go to google and search complaints against Aspen dental and you can see for yourself what a scamming company they are.

The staff was very compassionate and caring…

The staff was very friendly and compassionate when i expressed my distress prior to tooth extraction. Elaine was very kind and soft hearted and talked me thru the procedure. Dr. Yuhnke also talked me thru the procedure and was very encouraging throughout it.
