Shitty website

Shitty website! Shitty attitude! No customer care support, just a robot. I ordered sneakers the north face on Black Friday and started using them a few months later. Two days later, the sneakers were torn. ESO is crap.The 28-day deadline passed, and they wouldn't take it back. I wasted money on postage. No one to talk to, Chinese crap website

Ordered pack of three t shirts on 16…

Ordered pack of three t shirts on 16 march got confirmation email and money deducted, then after 2 days email received saying due to error on website they dont actually have shirts in stock and money refunded. I tried to ask customer service to give me alternate but they just refused.I would now preferre other options to buy stuff because asos is now un reliable and have bad customer service

The shoes run small

The shoes run small, so they were too small for me, but I want to return them and get a larger size. However, the return barcode didn't work, and I've had a lot of problems. I hope the issue is resolved. I would appreciate your help.

This is the first time ASOS have let me…

This is the first time ASOS have let me down. They delivered some patent shoes with scuff marks in them and the label unattached ... a label which read: "we can't accept returns once this tag has been removed."Very scummy.

I ordered two products, one was sent, and the other was stolen. I contacted the website, but they refused to respond and claimed the products were delivered, which is untrue. I was robbed and received no compensation. May God punish these thieves.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience – still no real help

I’ve had a frustrating experience trying to resolve a return issue with ASOS. The biggest problem isn’t even the return itself—it’s the complete lack of accessible customer support.I reached out through the contact email I was given, only to be told they don’t respond there and was redirected back to their help system. From there, I was forced into an AI assistant that goes in circles and doesn’t actually solve anything. Every attempt to get a real person involved has been blocked or delayed.This is especially concerning because I’m trying to resolve a time-sensitive return and need clear information about shipping costs and the correct procedure. Instead, I’m left guessing and relying on unofficial estimates, which isn’t acceptable for a company of this size.On top of that, the postage costs for returning items from Bosnia and Herzegovina are extremely high and honestly ridiculous. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to cover such expensive return shipping without proper support, especially when the process itself is so unclear. For a global company like ASOS, this kind of setup reflects poorly on how seriously they take customers outside larger markets.It shouldn’t be this difficult to speak to an actual customer service representative. The current system feels intentionally designed to avoid human support rather than provide it, which only creates more frustration and leaves customers stuck with unresolved issues.Customers shouldn’t have to rely on public reviews just to get basic assistance, but at this point that seems to be the only way to get any visibility.

I don’t know what has happened to ASOS

I don’t know what has happened to ASOS. I’ve shopped with them for years, since they were As Seen on Screen. Every year I renew my premier account as I order so frequently. Over the last year I’ve watched their customer service decline, deliveries always late, now unable to speak to a human. I haven’t renewed my premier account this time and made an order for free standard delivery. It’s been 8 days and I still haven’t received my parcel. 8 days! I’m in the UK. I’ve had parcels quicker from other countries. 8 days and counting, because it’s still not out of delivery, is just so poor.

Warning!

Been waiting over 3 weeks for my refund. It was only after threatening to take them to court that my refund was processed. Totally unacceptable. Disgusted, don’t need this aggravation and will never shop with them again! Deleting the app and closing my account the minute I received my refund. They do this every time, never again! Despicable.

Been trying to unsubscribe from their emails for weeks It takes you multiple times that days. Oops there is an error. And then doesn't allow you to unsubscribe!!!
