Cleat glue comes off

I only wore the Ascis cleat for 2 hours by playing frisbee on the grass on Sunday 15 March 2026. And after that the glue comes off. Playssports/Brittainwynyard claiming it’s not their quality issue. Anyone having the quality issues are entitled to make a complaint to Consumer Proection Govt NZ, and lodge a case to Dispute Tribunal NZ.

Received my return as confirmed by tracking, didn’t send my refund. Now they saying they haven’t got it. Do not buy with this company

Trainers in two days!

I ordered a pair of running shoes, and then read the trust pilot reviews and got worried. However....I ordered the shoes on a Monday afternoon, they arrived (within the two hour delivery window given) two days later on Wednesday morning. I was sent email and SMS messages to update me on the progress of my order from both ASICS and Yodel.Very impressed, and I love the shoes.

Really poor experience with Asics…

Really poor experience with Asics Outlet Cheshire Oaks. I paid over £100 for a pair of shoes, only wore them a few times casually, and one of them has already developed a hole in the front. That is completely unacceptable for shoes at this price point.What made it worse was the response from the store. I was told the warranty is only 6 months, yet the Asics website says 1 year. It’s frustrating when a company can’t even be consistent about its own warranty policy. Instead of helping, they just brushed the problem off.I expected better quality from Asics and much better customer service from the store. Expensive shoes, poor durability, and unhelpful staff. Very disappointing.

Nimbus 27

Nimbus 27: After 4 months of moderate running a rupture developed in the surface material. I submitted formal claim and answered multiple questions as well as submitted multiple pictures. It was denied as it was called “wear and tear”. Customer service was terrible and they refused even partial refund. Basically they said that it’s is normal for $165 shoe to last 4 months.

Defective Product and Refused Support – ASICS Vineland Outlet Experience

I purchased a pair of ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets store on March 11th.After only two days of walking, the front of the shoe collapsed, making them impossible to use.When I returned to the store on March 14th with the receipt, box and defective shoes, the employee (Cathy, who later said she was the manager) refused to help.She first claimed she would speak with the manager, then later said she was the manager and there was no one else I could speak to.Even with the receipt proving the purchase date, she said she could not confirm the purchase because she was not the salesperson who sold the shoes, essentially implying that I could be lying.This is unacceptable for a premium product from a brand like ASICS.The shoes failed after two days of light use, and instead of helping, the store staff chose to question the customer’s honesty and provide no solution.Very disappointing experience.

Trainers are at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised, returns options are not intuitive and hidden under different menu

Refusing to refund my money

Refusing to refund my money despite the shoes being returned to their warehouse over 3 weeks ago. They refuse to address the issue despite trying to contact them multiple times. They have now refused to even respond to any emails. Their online chatbot is no help either. They are breaking the law by not refunding my money. DO NOT BUY

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. The cloth in the back tore up on both shows after only a month of use and they won’t give a refund. They said it’s a sizing issue but I sized up half a size exactly like they told me. I will be using other shoes from now on. This is for the Gel- Kayano 32.

Asics quality control is horrible.

Bought the Asics Nimbus and liked the fit. After a year decided to buy the exact same shoe but the second pair was significantly wider at the front and I could not even where them. The first pair was made in Indonesia and the second pair was made in Vietnam. The Vietnam manufacture failed to make this shoe like the original. I contacted Asics and they would not do anything for me. I now have to buy another pair and will never buy Asics again. Shame on you Asics for not standing behind your product.
