If I can give a no star 😡

If I can give a no star. Customer service and technical support are infuriating. I bought a mini diffuser in July and used it properly and less than usual and 8 months down the line it stops working. Customer service said it was out of the 90 days warranty and suggested to me to buy another diffuser. I said that it's not even a year and you're asking me to buy another one. They suggested to contact tech support. I booked a call from tech support for today 10.04 at 14.15 pm. I didn't receive any calls. I emailed them and someone called me and rang my phone for 3 seconds. I didn't get the chance to answer the call. Now they're asking to reschedule the call. I have to wait again for 3 days!

Wrong delivery

I had a delivery that was sent to me that wasn’t mine. I called Aroma360 and was connected to Camilla. She was able to solve the issue immediately. She sent me a No COST to me return label. I received my own order the next day. I really appreciated Camilla’s help. She was patient, pleasant and everything was fixed.

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Aroma360 and would not recommend them.I purchased the Wireless Pro diffuser along with a fragrance, spending about $250 total. Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from a representative who told me I had selected the wrong fragrance for my unit and assured me he would correct it.However, when my order arrived, they still sent me the wrong bottle.When I called customer service to fix the issue, I was transferred to an AI system that was unable to help me resolve the problem. Instead of correcting their mistake, I’m now being forced to purchase another oil bottle for $54 just to use the diffuser I already paid for.This is unacceptable. The company made the error, yet I’m the one paying for it.I strongly suggest others read reviews before purchasing. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I expect a full refund for this poor service and mishandling of my order.

Purchased two oils and diffuser

Purchased two oils and diffuser, they were sent me almost two empty bottles of oils, contacted them a view times they never responded. Scammed!!! But they keep calling after placing an order to upgrade the diffuser.Bad customer service!!!

Over $4,000 Held for Months – No Payment, No Accountability

This has been one of the worst affiliate experiences I’ve ever had.Aroma360 has been holding over $4,000 in my commissions since January, clearly shown in the dashboard, yet no payment has been made. I’ve submitted all required documents (including tax forms) and followed up multiple times, but I keep getting either no response or vague, non-committal replies.As an affiliate running paid traffic and investing real money to promote their brand, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Holding funds for months without transparency or a clear payout timeline raises serious concerns about trust and reliability.At this point, it feels like affiliates are simply being ignored once revenue has been generated for the company.If you are thinking about joining Aroma360’s affiliate program, I strongly advise you to think twice. Based on my experience, there is a real risk of not getting paid on time—or at all.If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this publicly across more platforms.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THEY WONT HONOR THE CANCELLATION!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I agreed to a 45 day trial period to a scent machine. I was told by the sales person that I could try different scents and if I did not like the machine I could return it no problem. I got the trial machine and could never get in touch with the sales person so I asked for a manager to handle problems I had with the machine. Manager took over and assured me I would have better service. He offered me discounts on oils and other coupons to keep the program. BEFORE THE TEIAL ENDED I WAS CHARGED AND THEN LATE FEES ON TOP OF THAT!I sent formal notice 3 days before the trial end date and now they are telling me I cannot cancel. I am warning anyone thinking about this to real ALL reviews and BEWARE! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY AFFILIATED COMPANIES. I WANT A FULL CANCELLATION!

This company is like a catch and forgotten.

This company is so available in the beginning to get you signed up, but once you’re signed up it is like pulling teeth to get in touch with anyone. If there’s any issues with the machine, it’s so hard to get in touch with anyone. You may make a tech appointment and no one calls you at your appointment time. Stay away!!!
