I want to share my experience with Arizer’s customer support.My ArGo device developed an Error7 issue in less than a year, which was honestly disappointing considering the investment. However, what really made the difference was how the situation was handled.Since I’m based in Paraguay, shipping the device back was extremely difficult and expensive. Arizer understood the situation and waived the return requirement, sending me a replacement unit directly to my US forwarding address.That level of flexibility and customer support is something I truly value. The replacement unit arrived without issues and is working perfectly so far.While the initial failure was frustrating, the way Arizer resolved the situation gives me confidence in the brand.Thank you to their support team for a professional and fair solution.

I have been using the Arizer Air Max and found it to perform at or better than Arizer's claims. Initially I had a small problem and upon emailing them, I had a response the next day. A replacement item was shipped to me shortly thereafter. First rate all around.

I want to praise Arizer as a company. This was the brand I first chose when I got into vaping years ago, and as long as they are in business I will continue my customer loyalty (I currently proudly now own 3 Arizer vapes). The products, prices and ESPECIALLY the customer service team are PRIMO! They listen to their customers, I mean ACTUALLY LISTEN, by expertly and patiently answering my ‘dumb’ questions, and don’t just write off snafus as ‘operator error’, which in turn makes me feel like a valued customer, and quite frankly a valued human being.

I can't fault Arizer at all. They have dealt with my issue in a very positive professional manner. I can’t fault the Arizer Solo 3, its the best portable by far that i have tried to date than most top of the range Medical Vapourisers, this unit has to be the best! Especially for flavour chasers, if you like to taste your Medical Flower, this has to best device for that.All glass pathway vapourising and so easy to use. Excellent Service all round, thankyou Arizer 👏

My original Solo 2 stopped working after years of dependable service. I ordered a Solo 2 MAX for a replacement and requested expedited delivery since I am doing a chemotherapy regimen. Customer Service went well beyond anything I expected to expedite delivery and provide overall excellent customer satisfaction.

Arizer makes the best vape products I've ever used. Switched to this when I gave up smoking and I don't miss it at all. I like the accessories and the attachments make it fun too and much easier to give up smoking. Far healthier too. I own the air SE, Air Max, qx2, and my absolute favorite is the solo3 v2. All great products each with their own benefits. I especially like the glass parts and it's easy to avoid contact with the metal heating element. Other Vape products I've used were much harder to control and prevent combustion. Plus I owned a different brand where the glass cracked but was not replaceable. These units have all replaceable glass parts. That's a big plus for me.Recently I had a problem and had to mail the solo 3 back. They replaced it and turned it around in about a day. They have a US service center so it was really easy. Excellent customer service! That's rare these days as I usually have to spend hours to get anything repaired or explained. They made it very seamless. Glad I purchased from them and I would certainly purchase again.

I've been a customer for about 10 years. I've found them to be professional and patient when dealing with my concerns. I still have a unit that is 10 years old and still working for me on a regular basis. I like their service and that they are Canadian.

I Love my Solo 3 v2, had a little problem with it and the customer service was incredibly fast and helpful.I already knew their products are great , but this kind of service is what makes me think I'll be keep buying their products in the future.
