I have an Apple Watch second generation that I’ve had for over two years and I have not gotten it wet and I have not changed anything in my regimen. I experienced the itchy burning sensation where my watch sits, as well as part of my band sits. I do not wear my watch tight. It is loose fitting. Where are plenty of air can circulate around my arm. I’ve contacted Apple and it’s been a total of 2 1/2 weeks and there has not been a resolution for anything everything has always been. It’s getting escalated and a bunch of more questions that I’ve already answered. I am highly dissatisfied as well as I went to two different doctors my primary care as well as the ER and I provided them photos as well as my diagnosis which comes from the watch. I love my watch dearly I work out with it. I use it honestly more than my phone however it does scarred my arm up and to me. It seems like they really don’t care. I just hope everybody else is careful with their watch and hope that they don’t go through the same experience that I had. it started off as a itchy and it was red in that area where my dial sits on my arm then I noticed overtime maybe about a week my skin started cracking and burning in the two areas and it was continuous like that going on to the second week I just wanna make this known for everyone out there just in case there’s somebody out there that’s experience in the same thing that I’m experiencing. I wish I can post a photo.

Sent my 8 month old Apple watch in for repair, only to be returned with an empty box. Apple are taking no responsibility and shifting the blame to me. Customer service is ok but never able to resolve the issue passed through different departments, Apple response it's been investigated and the case is now closed. Apple I will continue to escalate until you accept responsibility.

I feel like if you relatively good with tech and don't fiddle with settings you will be fine with iOS. but apple is just typically expensive.

Stay away from this clown company, overpriced phones with retarded IOS system and disabled ICLOUD verifications etcCan't even copy photos to my windows pc without spending 3 hours casting magic spells to make it workand i know what i am doingMy old apple account is attacked by bots trying to guess security questionI go to icloud.com change my password sucessfully and trying to login so i can delete this acc from its existence, ITS BLOCKED WAIT 8 HOURS yeah bro, i am going to compete with automatic bot for months trying to login sooner.Everything related to apple is Rubbish.Never felt so much disrespected by any company ever feels likes there is IQ Capped at 70 for their main member staff ...no other ways to explain all this.

They’re getting so bad that every two days they have a new software update to fix all their bugsThe face recognition ID doesn’t work so you have to use your pin, but it will work the second time. What’s the point of having a Face ID if it doesn’t work the first time?Other things that don't work with Apple. getting receipts for two out of three credit cards on apple pay, voice to text, charging (after two years of use the port gets lose and makes hard to charge and battery drains quickly. Can't use a wireless charger or overheats. When you swipe to delete an email, it still shows it and you have to swipe like five times before it finally shows it as deleted. Nothing to do with Outlook or yahoo because it happens on each of my five email accounts with my Apple phone. So many stupid quirks and gremlins in their phones. There is a reason why most IT guys I know use Androids

Apple has been going downhill for some time, but recently this has accelerated. The software is buggy, less intuitive, poor design choices (liquid glass) and unreliable customer support. I will be moving away from the ecosystem.

Apple products often feel overpriced for the features they offer, and their ecosystem can be frustratingly restrictive. Customer service can be hit-or-miss, leaving users feeling locked in without much flexibility.

AirPods Max 2; a prime example of incompetence and an unwillingness to improve.
