Beautiful item poorly packaged
The dress itself is beautiful, however when paying nearly £150 for an item, it is disappointing to receive it in a standard plastic mailing bag that has been shoved through the letterbox.

Pilling towels a disappointment
My first purchase from this company included several Damson Madder bath and hand towels, plus a matching ceramic soap dispenser and tumbler. I also bought a round rattan tray. All the items are beautiful and look exactly as intended in my guest bathroom and living room, respectively. HOWEVER, after washing the towels, I realised they lose a a lot of colour, even when washed at the recommended temperature. I was prepared for this, however, and had added a colour protection sheet in my washing machine. More concerning was that the towels were full of pills after drying - these are not cheap towels and I would expect better at this price point.

Quick refund
I had to return my order (from Holland). It took some chat calls, but was helped very nicely, send my order back to an address in Holland, and received my refund 2 days later😊
