Perfect customer support
I bought an anda seat kaiser chair from a third party site. The chair was perfect, but it had a small defect regarding the arm rest. I came in contact with anda seat support, and they instantly helped me by ordering and delivering a new arm rest for free. The support was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.The chair is now 100% perfect. I would definetely recommend buying from them!

Great Chair, Great Service
I previously had a secret lab chair and wanted to replace it, but didn’t want to pay $600. The AndaSeat Novis was under $300 and I can truly say it is just as comfortable. Shipping was free and fast — they sent me a shipping notification the next day and it was at my front door within 4 days. I also reached out to customer service with a question and they were very responsive and helpful. Great experience with this company.

This is my first high end gaming chair
This is my first high end gaming chair. It was delivered well packaged and was very easy to assemble. I chose the XL model and it is very comfortable with plenty of room especially in the shoulders area. Great quality and I am very pleased with the chair. Thank you!

I paid $500 for gaming chair/ luv it!
Love the chair. Rock solid construction. Customer service was good, just took a minute to understand what they were talking about. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a gaming/office chair you will be spending a lot of time in. The seat is firm but very comfortable. You can adjust every aspect from height to arm rest direction up/down forward/ back tilt in/out. I had a hard time finding the right chair, but this is it! Thanks to CS for being patient and working with me…..

I am well pleased with my chair
I am well pleased with my chair. Quality is fantastic. Only issue I had was with shipping. I wished Andaseat offered other shipping options other than Fedex.

Went from a secret labs to one of these after about 1 hour in my secret labs it would start to hurt me found myself playing for 6 hours the other night with no issues definitely recommend

Delayed chair order
My only problem with my order is that it was apparently on back order but no one from the company bothered to give me that information until I asked why I had not received an email that my chair had been shipped. Better communication by this company would go a long way towards satisfying the customer.
