They kept my card on file and committed…
They kept my card on file and committed fraudulent purchases using my credit card, I haven’t bought from this company in years and thought I received a spam email confirmation of purchase for a an lux subscription. I have the same problem as “guys 3.4.26” review. Do not trust this company. I have reported it as fraud to my bank.

I am having problems receiving my…earrings
I am having problems receiving my earrings. When emailing AnaLuisa, I receive an automated response stating they will get back to me within 48 hours. I have yet to receive and actual response to my request for a shipping update. The shipping label was created 03/03/2026 and has been in that status as of today 03/18/2026.
