Actual Customer Service!
had a question about adding to an existing order, Richard understood and explained what i needed to do.Promised a return call when I did what he had instructed.I did what he's asked and sure enough, I got his return call as promised.Pretty darn good in the days when customers are not given much thought.Excellent and very professional. I'll be ammo shopping only here from now on.

Customer Service Above And Beyond
I was interested in purchasing ammunition from Ammunition Depot, however, they didn't have copy of my local FFL's certificate. The rep offered to contact my local FFL on my behalf to request a copy of their FFL Certificate.

First class customer service
I have become a frequent customer to this company. Not only do they sell quality products at great prices, their shipping speed is top notch. I’ve only ever had one issue when ordering from them and they promptly corrected that problem. I will continue to purchase from them for the foreseeable future.

Very good company with which to transact business
I found ammunition Depot to have competitive pricing and they offer frequent deals. The shipping, especially this year (2026), has been very fast and you can easily get order status updates. I have found their customer service to be very responsive and their answers to my questions are always helpful. The online checkout is generally hassle-free. I recall one issue with delivery via UPS that was confused/mislabeled/misdirected and they handled all the necessary effort to quickly and smoothly correct the problem. Very good company with which to transact business.
