Instructions say to put delivery on our front porch. Apparently this is hard to do for MOST of our orders. Perhaps AMAZON should translate instructions?I watched an Amazon delivery person take a photo on his phone today. It was on my STOOP. NOT my front porch as instructed. Which I didn't realize until after he left.I see a lot online about the stressful situations they deal with. But, I am the customer. If you can't follow simple instructions, QUIT.This is an ongoing issue: Why does Amazon ask for delivery instructions if they aren't adhered to?Am seriously considering doing away with Amazon.

I often order from Amazon. The materials I order and the colours are often completely different from the picture. The delivery people ring the bell on the door camera, take a picture and walk away.

BS outfit. I ordered boots, then immediately afterwards realized I'd have a problem if UPS was the delivery agent. I called Amazon CS right away and said if they can't guarantee other than UPS, cancel my purchase. This morning I see a tracking # from UPS. I called CS again and was told cancelling wasn't an option as UPS has the product, BS, it was a tracking # only. Amazon screwed up, I shouldn't need to wait for my refund.

Buying via Amazon Marketplace – A Lesson Learned the Hard WayI want to share my recent experience as a cautionary note for anyone purchasing from third-party sellers on Amazon Marketplace.Like many people, I’ve come to rely on Amazon for its convenience and generally positive track record. However, this experience highlighted the importance of taking extra time to research who you are actually buying from, especially when it comes to Marketplace sellers and their chosen shipping methods.I placed an order through Amazon Marketplace with TradeINN (Spain), but unfortunately, the item never arrived. The courier company used, GLS, proved extremely difficult to deal with. The tracking number provided did not work, there was no clear communication, no successful delivery attempts were made, and no alternative delivery date was offered. The situation essentially became a “dead end” with no resolution.Communication from the seller consisted mostly of automated, generic responses that did not address the issue or provide a meaningful solution. At the same time, Amazon customer service repeatedly asked for patience and extended waiting periods, which only added to the frustration. What surprised me most was that the Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee did not step in as expected. While it is designed to protect customers in cases of non-delivery or issues with third-party sellers, in my case it did not provide the support I anticipated, leaving me feeling let down by both the seller and Amazon. In the end, I had no choice but to contact my credit card provider, who resolved the issue promptly through a chargeback. To be clear, this is not a criticism of Amazon as a whole—I continue to use it regularly and appreciate its convenience. This was my first negative experience. However, it has been an important reminder that not all Marketplace sellers operate to the same standards. My advice to others: • Take time to research third-party sellers before purchasing • Read reviews on independent platforms like Trustpilot, not just on Amazon • Pay attention to the shipping method and courier company usedA little extra research upfront can help avoid a very frustrating experience later.Lesson Learned

Aolegoo 6 Pack Ponchos Waterproof with Sleeves and Drawstring HoodSo, my kid, wanted to spend ten quid on six raincoats. I gave him the "speech". Apparently, he figures he can somehow make these things last longer. Hark thee, good champion, and may fortune smile upon thy endeavor! A soul touched by the moon's strange light, Nick doth cleanse his gloves a countless measure, yet rends them not. Sundry gifts, forsooth. Unseen foes of mortal flesh? Just another Tuesday. If there's even a possibility of rain later, he's stuck wearing this thing all day. the scales of autism now tip. Wherefore doth yon knave don a rain cloak when Phoebus shines so bright?Rain Cloaks art made to keep thee hence from wet. AOLEGOO doth hit most of it aright. Though with the ridiculous winds we've been having, you might need an actual rope to keep the thing from flying off and joining a circus!Three bright colours, two of each? That's not just rain protection, that's *therapy*! They make whatever sad outfit you're wearing look instantly more cheerful. Three colours means you can actually coordinate. The sole true vexations, are when the water decides to run down your legs and straight into your wellies. The rest of you is dry, but your ankles are staging a rebellion. Also the hood drawstring is poor. Seriously, get DEFENDERS. Nick, during a monsoon, dons a waterproof cap with a visor, and a silk cooling mask to stop him from drinking the sky! So, six raincoats that could potentially last for years? Yeah, that justifies a good rating. The only unsolved mystery is the feet are still wet in a downpour. For ten quid for six, you can't really argue, can you?

The amount of times i had issues with amazon is crazy. So often they lose my item, send it to a wrong address, and instead of it being a straight forward refund I have to call different departments, write emails and wait up to weeks for a simple refund - supposedly theres nothing they can do, yet my money has already been taken

I’ve had amazon prime for some time . The delivery service is ok when I order online items… but watching shows on their service is a joke . Near enough a constant stream of adverts, and even when you pause a show , there’s adverts trying to sell you stuff . Greedy and pathetic of Amazon.
