We had issues with our last delivery in March with the package leaking and partially broken open. However, we had no issue at all getting a delivery for the next month because of the amazing customer service provided, specifically by Hunter. He explained everything in great detail and was really happy to help and immediately let us know we would get the next shipment in April!!!Will definitely be placing a new order in the future. Could not ask for better service and a perfect outcome!!!

I have placed several orders previously. This time I ran into multiple system problems. I called the support desk and was connected with Kendra. She was patient and professionally handled my issues and successfully placed my order. If it had not been for Kendra, my rating of my experience this time would have probably been a three. Ordered three clubs for Christmas, two as gifts and one for us. We got the pickles and they were indeed amazing. Unfortunately we never got that third shipment. They stated that they delivered it to the front porch, but there was no sign of delivery on that day (or any other day) via our Ring cam. We waited a while longer, and when we tried to do more about it, we were told by customer service that we waited too long and ran out of time for the window of opportunity for a resend. Probably would have ordered more down the line as well. Disappointing.
