Smells good
I only gave a 4 because The bottle was slightly open and leaked out quite a bit into packaging. Customer service was fast helpful and they are sending out a replacement. Dream chaser smells great! I smelled it as I opened the mail box because it had spilled. The sent does not last very long would be the only complaint. But I’ll just re-apply problem solved. Will buy again.

You are doing business with people that understand the importance of keeping the customers satisfied either works with you
Since I started using this product I being satisfied Im a creed user and some of the fragrances are similar (very)Some others not,, It's is like any other business but for the money that I spend is worth it By the way there some fragrances that are not really good at least for me but overall I will continue using this product, until somethings better appears in the market.

Shipping and Poor Customer Service
I ordered the perfume on their website; the product said it was available and would ship the next day. Two days later, I got the tracking number, but UPS says "Label Created, Package Not Received." I checked with their chatbot on their website, and it says it was shipped and that I received it two days later, which is not correct. I sent three emails to their customer service—the first one was replied quickly, and the person said they would check and get back to me—but after that, I sent two more with no replies. I still don't know what happened to my order; the only thing I know is that they lost a customer on the very first order.
