As a Christian, I truly appreciate their values and stance; however, I found that the way customer needs are served leaves significant room for improvement.My recent order experience was extremely frustrating due to multiple issues with your website. Over a span of 72 hours, I was repeatedly unable to place my order because my cart would clear itself within ten minutes of adding items. This began on the 26th and I was only able to successfully place my order on the 28th.Even after finally completing the order, my birthday discount was not applied, and I had to follow up to have it added. When I did apply the discount, it did not cover all full-price items, which appears to contradict the advertised promotion. Additionally, my relatively small order was shipped in four separate packages, which was unnecessarily inconvenient.Overall, this entire process was stressful and disappointing, especially considering the higher price point of your products. I made this purchase only because I have difficulty finding stores that carry a size small enough due to ongoing health issues, and I intended it to be a simple treat for myself. Instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal.Due to these experiences, I will not be a returning customer, and I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the shopping experience for others.

Love the fashion, love the packaging, and I even like the fabric quality. However, almost everything I've bought is tearing at the seams. I've had my seamstress repair 4 things so far. Things that have only been worn once or twice. I've followed the handwash instructions and they are still becoming unthreaded. Very disappointed because these items are so cute and pricey!

Amazing customer service! My order was delivered, the driver just threw my package out his window at the end of my porch. Too lazy to walk it to my door. I could not find my package reached out to customer service and they refunded my original order and replaced my item. Truly amazing!

well it took over a month for these platform loafers to arrive and when they did they were a hot mess!!the back of one was split with no way to repair and the second on had two cuts on the top! they came shrink wrapped with no invoice! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered 2 hoodies from alter’d state, one was completely thin, and the other had the perfect amount of thickness, I don’t know what happened, but for 89$ I would expect BOTH of them to be of the same quality.

I ordered a watch for my daughter that she asked for as a Christmas gift. I opened it today to wrap it and the face of the watch was broken, and I was super bummed. I thought great, one of her gifts is ruined...I don't have time to get a new one, and I certainly don't have money to buy another one. I sent an email to Altar'd State and explained what happened and just asked what my options might be...fully assuming the email would go nowhere and I was just going to be screwed...but to my suprise, I received a response within about an hour, and they offered to replace it or issue a refund. I was shocked, and so relieved. I am thrilled to be getting a replacement but just figured I will give my daughter the broken one on Christmas and explain to her that a new one will be coming. And THEN I got another email saying the new one HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED! Like what?? Within just a few hours they sent out a new one?? THAT fast? Wow. And even better, they shipped it priority and it should arrive before Christmas.In a time like this, right before Christmas, and money is tight but you did manage to get your kids some gifts...every one of those gifts matters when you could only afford to get the few that you did. So I am extremely impressed and very thankful that they were so helpful and managed to still make sure my girl will have her watch on Christmas morning. I will gladly be spending my money at Altar'd State in the future. Thank you!

I appreciate that some of their products are made in the USA, but the company is very dishonest about the materials listed on their product pages. I ordered seven pieces that were advertised as “100% cotton,” and when they arrived, only one actually had a 100% cotton tag. The rest contained blends that were not disclosed. Very disappointing and feels misleading.

Briargate Store - I took my daughter in to look for a maxi dress for senior photos. The customer service was bad, the first associate we encountered asked what we were looking for and then proceeded to walk away. The associates all seemed to be grouped together just gossiping and pointing at the shoppers and giggling. We found a dress we liked and we bought it just to get out of the store because it was quite uncomfortable with the way the associates were acting. I ended up needing to return the dress, I had tossed the receipt because I didn't think we would be returning it, but since my daughter found a better dress she didn't end up using this one. I went in to return it, without the receipt and asked if there was anything else we could do, they tried to force a store credit stating they would not give a refund since I didn't have the receipt. I showed them my proof of purchase from my bank account and asked again if there were any other way and the lady at the counter called the manager Katie and they said, no you need the receipt for a full refund. I did not want store credit so I left and decided to try to call customer support. That's where they were very nice and said no problem, we can look up the receipt in the system and email it to you. I was very grateful and when I returned to the store with my receipt I asked the manager, Katie if she knew that customer support was able to retrieve the receipt and she said, oh yeah! I asked her why she didn't offer that to me when I was in here earlier because that would have saved me another trip and time. She said, "oh sorry". Very poor customer service and atmosphere at the Briargate store.

To be honest, I used to love this store. But over time I have seen that every singe one of their clothing pieces aside from maybe the super expensive dresses and jeans, are craopy quality i loved that they were christian, and I loved the style. But over time I have decided to not shop here. For a chrsitisn brand, what are you promoting? Are you promoting girls dress provocatively in crop tops ams short dresses. This is not a store I would recommend anymore to anyone. I woukd never let me child wear these clothes for how revealing they can be. They are overpriced for shien quality clothing! The 50 range may be reasonable but I cant stand to even buy clearance anymore I can't justify the qualilty

I intially loved this store for it’s messaging and nice clothing BUT they are very greedy in pricing , which in my opinion goes against Christian values. Not everyone can afford 102.00 dresses of 89.00 for Jeans so this store excludes many, which id definitely not Christian. Their garnents are very over priced, so they are truly taking advantage so shame on them for using CHRISTIAN mission to promote greed. This makes me very sad to see
