QUALITY CONTROL
Website was great love the brand , checkout and shipping was efficient and great. Four stars only because of QC the item I received had some minor quality control concerns that stood out on the stitching of the leather tab label above the pocket. An obvious qc issue. Since it was still sent out. Looks like they double looped the stitching once they realized it was off and you can still totally tell. But aside from that the piece it’s self fits great color is amazing feel to the texture of fabric is good quality just minor QC adjustments I would recommend double checking the finalized piece to make sure it’s suffice. Aside from that generally happy will still order from you guys much love and good luck!

My order has not arrived with no…
My order has not arrived with no details on shipping . I wrote to customer service snd they want me to fill in a form re shipping when there are no details! It is their job to look at my order number and to investigate not for me! Dreadful customer service and I will be reporting them to my card company. They even sent me a form filled out by another customer! I will never buy from them again

Very unsatisfied that it came from a store and not the warehouse like the other two items I purchased comes with an alarm device on the neck unsatisfactory and very unhappy with my purchase.
