I’m very disappointed in this service
I’m very disappointed in this service. It has been over three weeks and my claim is still pending for a trip I cancelled and paid insurance on. I sent all the required documents stating the cancellation and yet my claim is still pending since 3/28/26. This is not my only experience with being on hold or denied.
