Will not accept a faulty return !
Will not accept a faulty return !Bought a solar panel kit about three weeks ago. After been ill have only just tried it and it does not work producing no or very little power, even after advert stating is a 100 Watts.Tried to send back, sent video and photos showing and explaining the problem. AliExpress just reject the return ! So much for the free 90 days return period for what ever reason ! This is the first item I have tried to return this month as I do accept there is limit to number of returns per month, per order.AliExpress state one thing and operate in a completely different way.We are warned, your choice if to deal with them !

This place is trash
I ordered an item. It was never shipped. There was no intention to ship the item. Just false promises.When I went online I was called "Dear" and they sent heart emoticons.I am convinced that this site is a scam.

returned item by Royal Mail 48h…
returned item by Royal Mail 48h service, delivered status on the website but not received status in Aliexpress. Several chats later I was told to wait 17 to 27 days due to their policy in such cases. I waited and contacted them again they rejected my refund over return can not be verified with proof provided (ie photo of package, receipt of posting and screen shot of Royal Mail saying Delivered). On Appeal I was told item was no longer covered for extended protection - they made me wait over 17 days and now it was out extended protection. Return process for my faulty item was biased from the start so as not to give refund - Economy in China is bad and they want to protect their bad sellers instead of treating customers fairly. I don't think they can improve the refund process because they are politely ruthless - I have notice this change since 6 months.I DELETED my account today in protest - I no longer trust Aliexpress. The quality of their products in my opinion is poor and fake like, its almost like you buying FACTORY REJECTS most of the time. The specifications are over rated, example charging leads advertised as 5Amps were actually 0.08Amps, rechargeable batteries advertised as 5000MAh were actually 460MAh etc

Temu order from AliExpress
Aliexpress used my debit card number 4 times on 3-31-2026 on an order from Temu for less than $5.00. Bank fraud Dept is handling this. Had to get a new card number. A big hassle.

AliExpress Scam clients with the Choice products. We pay more for 10 days delivery as advertised on choice, and receive later. I talk with Zia (Helpdesk) and she says need to wait. They (AliExpress) have 40 days to deliver the goods

I bought a Book Nook and basically it's a pile of rubbish, the designs are all blurry, the wood bits snap easily it doesn't fit together correctly and is a poor copy of a genuine Book Nook, very disappointed!!

THE 5 FREEE RETURNS A MONTH IS A HOAX
If you get the wrong item you will never get your money back on the 5 free returns policy. I am very satisfied with most of the merchandise. It has been better quality than expected. However, it is sold as is and where is. No returns accepted. I have been buying since 2010 and most of what I get is an excellent value, but recently had a bad experience and got a $20 refund on a $115 item. They would not accept the return.

DISHONEST & VERRRY ABUSIVE COMPANY
Save your time & nerves, choose another company.I am using TEMU for some years and have no problems. Without problems I can return & get money back.This company is making dirty tricks - changing to higher price and then forcing you to buy. Ans they do not understand simple language like - leave me alone.NIGHTMARE!Trust people who complain about them.
