Wrong description.
Wrong description. They work like spam. I bought a stroller from them and was very disappointed. Now I got seat pack with was wrong description and to return it they charge $18 🙃 when their company is 10 min away from my house. I can even drop it. Another reason for 1 star is they raise up prices and do more description pretending they have better options and add 20-25 % discount and with discount is the same price as Amazon with free shipping and free return. 😀 I'm very disappointed with albebaby and won't be shopping here anymore...

New customer, I’m so happy I found this store!
The rewards program is amazing! I bought my items separately and gained rewards to go towards my next big purchase. Shipping is very fast and the products came extremely well packaged.

Item was on back order and I was immediately advised and given other options. I decided to wait for the item to be available and it was shipped immediately and received the following day. Very impressed with this company and their customer service department!!

Sent me an open-box item when I ordered…
Sent me an open-box item when I ordered a new item, and then charged a fee when I tried to return their open-box item that was clearly re-taped (I didn't even bother opening the shipping box as re-taping was so done poorly and dirty).This was their reply to my return inquiry:"If you’re comfortable doing so, we’d recommend opening the box to take a quick look at the item itself to confirm its condition. In some cases, customers open packaging and return items simply because they changed their mind about a color or model, and the product itself remains brand new and unassembled."That is the definition of open-box. This is after they claimed they don't send open box item in the same email, the paragraph right before the above. "We also want to assure you that we do not ship open box items when customers purchase brand new products like the Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair at full price."And then they clarified, yes, they fraudulently sell an open-box item as new: "Since you’ve chosen not to open and inspect the item, we’ll proceed under our standard return policy. Just to provide some context, we do allow returns on opened boxes as long as the item itself is still brand new and unused. Our returns team carefully inspects every item before restocking, and anything that doesn’t meet those standards is not resold as new."Deceptive practices. Will NEVER buy from them again.

Peg Perego high chair
This is the first time ordering from Albeebaby. Delivery was quick. This was a shower gift, so it is not in use yet. I opened the box to be sure everything is in working order and it is. The high chair is a quality product. I had a Peg Perego walker for my children years ago and the quality was excellent then too. Albeebaby also had a decent price for the item.
