no more telephone service!
Been trying to speak to customer service for 2 months , been on hold 2/3 hrs at a time no one picks up.. used there chat service and requested a call back but no one calls me back , online chat team are useless. spend all this money but cant speak to a human!! need to stop my business with them!! please refund my money back!!

They are just problem,i got my leg injured because of shoe inconsistency, requested ,approved claim ,not honoured from last month, when asked for follow up,only same replies,we have no updates please be patient,If you can’t provide service for quality standards,what kind of brand it is, my shoes worth 16000 INR,Boston 12, Adidas is just scrap,do not buy,go for asics or nike

Refused refund for clearly defective item
I recently purchased an Argentina Messi shirt from Adidas which arrived with visible white discolouration in the fabric (on a blue stripe). The item was brand new and unworn.I returned the shirt promptly, expecting a straightforward refund for what is clearly a quality issue. However, Adidas rejected the return following their “inspection”, stating that it was not a manufacturing defect.This is extremely disappointing.The issue is not subjective — the shirt has obvious flaws in its appearance and finish. For a premium product, this falls well below what any reasonable customer would expect. A new item should not have visible defects.What is most concerning is Adidas’ approach:They rely entirely on an internal assessmentThey ignore clear visual evidenceThey dismiss legitimate complaints without proper justificationIt gives the impression that once a return is rejected internally, there is no meaningful review or accountability.I am now having to escalate the matter further, which should not be necessary for such a straightforward issue.I have purchased Adidas products for years, but this experience has seriously undermined my confidence in their quality control and customer service.I would advise others to be cautious — if something arrives faulty, you may struggle to obtain a refund.

Very bad experience with the seller…
Very bad experience with the seller adidas.com.For two months now, I have been trying to file a complaint about sneakers that tore in the same place on both shoes — I should note this happened after only a month and a half from purchase.At first, they communicated with me saying they were trying to find the order, that they couldn’t match it in the system, and similar excuses. Now they no longer communicate with me at all and do not respond to my emails.So there is absolutely no respect for customers!!! Never again.

So done with Adidas, stealing from customers
So done with Adidas ✌🏼 hello Nike, I returned my items I purchased from online and they only refunded me 1/2 of the amount. I got several emails they received the return but than would not refund me whole amount...nice stealing from long time customer. I wrote several times still nothing so I emailed again to receive email saying we can't confirm you returned the items. I said than ship me my items back if you are not refunding me my full amount or store credit. Well Nothing thanks for stealing from your lo g time customer, my return was $68 to only receive $34 back of my refund..never got back my other $34. Horrible company horrible service going to Nike cuz Adidas rips customers off. Never buying from Adidas again was customer over 20 yrs bye Adidas ✌🏼 you thief

NO TRAINERS, NO REFUND… SCAM
I’m actually crying with frustration as I write this review. I placed an order on 26th February, the trainers were meant to arrive by 28th February. When they didn’t, I contacted Adidas on 2nd March to allow extra time. They informed me that due to high demand they would be delayed. Then suddenly on the 3rd March the order was cancelled and I received an email stating they had no stock of the item and the demand was more than they expected. So why take my money!!! I have now contacted Adidas on a further 2 occasions and the said I will get my refund.It’s now 17th March, I’ve had nothing. My money has been literally stolen. I can’t get it back and it’s starting to stress me out as I’ve not got money to burn. I’ve lost hope of getting it back from them. 19 days since placing the order and 14 days since it was cancelled. I’ve contacted my bank two times and they’ve informed me that there no incoming payments from them.Honestly I didn’t need the stress of dealing with this but I’m giving up. Clearly there is a level of fraud here when money is taken and you can’t get it back. That’s worrying for what believed was a large company.I wouldn’t recommend Adidas as a company to buy from. I have no money and no trainers, how they are getting away with this is unbelievable.
