Really excited to get testing this…
Really excited to get testing this platform with my multiple clients. The analytical feature is great and it has loads of options to diversity my creative. Aoife was fantastic on the demo and really thorough in showing the platform, thank you!

Arabic language + auto payment
hi , the ability and fetures are amazing,, but need an expert who can use this more, and unfotunatly Arabic languge NOT supported for current time.Plus the automatic payment for 1 month is awful and extreamly expinsive, I was charge without notis you need make the trial as trail not to force people to join this how business shouldbeThanks

Unauthorized charges and no communication – be careful
Stay away from this service.I was suddenly charged €361.82 on my credit card without any clear authorization. I never agreed to a subscription, didn’t start a trial, and received no emails or warnings beforehand.The last time I used anything related to this platform was in 2023, so this charge makes absolutely no sense.Very disappointing and concerning. I strongly recommend others not to use this service and to keep a close eye on their payments.

The software is excellent. I highly recommend if you need this and as a small business can afford the investment. The customer service and response times for any questions is immediate.

AdCreative was great to work with.
AdCreative was great to work with.It was helpful for a set of projects. And when I no longer needed AC, the company made parting ways easy too.

The people working on the customer experience are great. I had to ask for a refund, and it was processed in a very respectful and gentle way. As soon as I can, I will go back to AdCreative.ai because of its customer service

It was my first time joining such nice…
It was my first time joining such nice live demo. Within minutes after I explained what it is that we expect to be doing with Adcreative, she was on road heading towards the goal. In plain English, very quick and clearly she walked us through anticipating on me fine tuning the process after the live demo. Awful company do not use!!
Awful company do not use!!! Stay away from this company unless you want to lose lots of money!!! I did the 7 day free trial and signed up for their basic package. My account was debited for the professional package taking over £250.00 out of my account which i had not authorised. They agreed to give me a refund of 90% of this which was on the 1st of March and I'm still awaiting the refund. I have contacted them several times but to no avail!! Do not use its a con!!!
