Wonderful Customer Service
I had purchased an outdoor clock that stopped working after 2-1/2 yrs. This was a good quality clock and I was disappointed that it did not last. I went online and chatted with Brittany who was able to assist with professionalism and was able to help me. I did have my original receipt so she was able to send me a new clock Thank you great service Acurite! I will continue to purchase your products.

Only two of the three items were in the box. It happened to be the part I needed the most. Also delivery was delayed three days. On the good side I did a chat with customer service and a replacement has been ordered.

Seems to do the job required
Seems to do the job required. Screws too short for securing of the unit mounting bracket. 1 1/2 inch screws are better suited for the application. Not happy display screen has to be plugged into a wall outlet. Owner's manual states unit has batteries for back up. Why can't the display unit be battery powered all the time? Our old Acu-rite unit was completely battery powered. First thing lost in a weather even is power, second is cell phone connectivity.

Display Issues with Base Unit
I had display issues with the base unit. After trying suggestions from tech support to remedy the problem, which didn’t work. I then contacted the support team again with a video of the problem. They immediately sent me a replacement unit. Very pleased with this companies customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing other units from this company.

The part for my outdoor weather station does not work. After installing the tempture part it now reads -40 F.
