They are the best for your Wills
They are the best for your Wills. You can get help if you need and amend your Will if necessary. Their customer service personnel and solicitors are superb! Very helpful and organised. I highly recommend ActiveWills.com as their prices are very good and they can keep a copy of your Will.

Simple to use but they could improve speed of customer service
I paid and wrote my will, which was okay but I had issues logging back in. I hadn't entered my number correctly, probably, and I couldn't get 2 step verification. It took a week to get a response via the online contact form. Their phone number doesn't work. Luckily this issue is now sorted and I am pleased to get my will printed. Overall, it is an easy interface and simple to write one.

i can't log on to my account to…
i can't log on to my account to complete the wills, the password isn't working and the password re-set doesn't work either. I have tried emailing multiple times and haven't got a response and have also tried using the online chat to get in touch with them but that isn't working either!! Update - issue has been resolved

missing information on certificate
Me and my sister both received our certificate in the post at the same time. I am missing information on the certificate and I have tried to call and have emailed with no joy. I don't know what to do now as I need to know the missing information. Everytime I call the line is busy. I have tried to chat to someone online and that isn't working either. Please someone help

Made the payment
Made the payment, got an error. I think the website was designed ten years ago. No customer service to rectify issue.Edit: They got back in touch with me after I call them and they were very helpful. Increased to 4 stars. I have now completed the will and you get what you pay for.

Did mirror wills
Did mirror wills, it was all done online, really easy, although slight hiccup with website not realising I had paid, but customer services sorted that out without a problem. Relieved to have finally got our wills updated, I'd been meaning to do it for years and would recommend this company, they make it easy and cheap!

Really happy with active wills
