Great Product and Great Replacement Service
The prostate toy I purchased works amazing. However after a few weeks it stopped working - I sent in a replacement order with videos to show what was the problem, and Acmejoy was very helpful and quickly sent me a replacement. Thanks!

So first off products were amazing quality. very nicely put together and sturdy without being uncomfortable. Secondly Customer service is super, had a small concern and it was handled quickly and efficiently! highly recommend this company and definely will be buying more with confidence!

never received product they said 3to5…
never received product they said 3to5 days and still no product item shows up on shop as still waiting for conformation just another web sight taking your money i used them 1 time befor and all was fine now who knows what is happening ill have my credit card company investigate

Stole my money!
Ordered a toy and still didn't recieve a shipping confirmation in 2 months. Messaged customer service, they claimed they no longer carried it and said I can pick something else but I wasn't interested in anything else, I just wanted my money back. I had to constantly send emails and threaten to report to the better business beareu to even get a reply back. They claimed they were doing "end of year maintenance" and my refund would be sent out beginning January. Its now almost March and they are claiming the same "maintenance" bs, they took my money!! I hope no one ever orders from these dumb fuckers again! I dont even know how they arnt shut down by now because im not the only one.

I should have check Trustpilot First
I should have check Trustpilot to find out how poorly Acmejoy’s customer care takes care of their customers. I purchased an item that does not work. I plugged it in and left it plugged in for three days. It still does not work. There is a on/off switch that is supposed turn on other options, ie heat, waving, and speed. I have written to their customer care group four times in a week with no reply. All I want is to have it replaced or repaired. No comments what-so-ever. I also tried to look up their facility in New Jersey. They are not shown as being residing at that address

30 DAYS no delivery (220659)
30 DAYS no delivery (220659), claimed the address couldn't be shipped to because of special instructions. THEY HAVE DELIVERED TWICE BEFORE TO THE EXACT SAME ADDRESS. I was asked to update the address which I did. Even sent them 4 different emails, to ensure the correct address was received as requested by the proper people. I had to replace the intended gift with a similar one from an eBay Store, that one was received in 4 days. NOT GOOD SERVICE
