Amazing customer service, kept in the loop with updates on your personalised piece. Arrived quickly after dispatch. Perfect and sentimental piece of jewellery with my children’s names on. Will definitely order again!

Avoid — refund policy for faulty items is misleading
I received a faulty necklace and expected a straightforward refund. Instead, Abbott Lyon tried to reduce the refund by claiming the price was “apportioned” across a 2‑for‑1 promotion, even though I paid £84 for the necklace itself. They then insisted I return free promotional items and attempted to charge a returns fee for a faulty product.None of this was communicated at the time, and it contradicts consumer law. Their own system even offered me £87 in store credit, proving they can refund the full amount.I’ve had to escalate this through Klarna because Abbott Lyon refused to resolve it properly. Really disappointing customer service.

Stunning pieces at great prices
Stunning pieces at great prices. Been wearing them daily with no signs of wear and tear so far. I have an old pair of earrings from Abbott Lyon as well which are still holding up well despite me wearing them in the shower, pool, sea etc. super pleased.
