Excellent and professional skills of…

Excellent and professional skills of person who answered my call, took my original questions and arranged the home visit…Polite and courteous!5 stars!The installer was very professional, neat in his installation, answered all my questions and took and disposed of my old blinds. Demonstrated how to lower and raise them…because my old blinds had the cords for raising and lowering.That man is a great representative for your company! Very impressive.

Beware!

Beware!! The blinds were well priced and installation was timely and professional. However, the warranty says that the strings are warranted which is true. But the installation fee is not. So, for the broken string after just 1 and 1/2 years is going to cost more than $100.

Five blinds 4000 Dollars way…

Five blinds 4000 Dollars way overpriced. This should’ve been closer to more like $1500 so their pricing is ridiculous. Then they couldn’t even get them installed properly and adjusted properly because they no doubt are paying the guy by the installation and so he’s in and he’s out putting four blinds in in about a half an hour. He adjusted only one and I didn’t go back and check his work until after he had gone do I recommend the installer no do I recommend the company? No, they’re too expensive and they’re outrageous with their pricing.

We received a quote for drapes in our…

We received a quote for drapes in our nursery. The quote was for $4800 to cover 3 windows that are all side by side. Area of roughly 6 ft in width and 8 ft in height. Joel, salesperson got my wife's credit card info to hold the quote so she could discuss it with me to see if we wanted to move forward or not. We decided not to go forward with the quote and my wife called and told Joel that, but he decided to charge our card anyways. After being on hold for 20 minutes I was finally able to talk to someone to get the cancellation process started. Which there is multiple hoops they want you to jump thru to process a cancellation of a quote that was never agreed to in the first place...

It’s been 10 days since they took the…

It’s been 10 days since they took the money for the blinds and their installers haven’t even come out to measure. For all the talk about fast and reliable, they don’t even respond to phone calls or emails (that is - till you buy the product, otherwise they are relentless in responding). After complaining, installer schedules for the measurement, one of us stays home from work and we move all the furniture as requested and no one showed up. No phone calls to notify either. Would not recommend.
