For me, this set is a game-changer because of its balance and feel. The forged construction is noticeable every time I use it, and the unique curved bolster is just incredibly comfortable to hold. This is a set for someone who loves to cook and wants their tools to be truly high-quality and built to last a lifetime. It's a significant investment, but I believe the performance justifies the cost.
