All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached. Include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.

Only one prepaid label is provided for each order. Return all items in one package.

Use the same courier service (DHL) as the original delivery for returns.

Returns can only be made from the country where the order was delivered.

Customized items cannot be returned.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. You can choose to receive store credit instead.

Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded.

When returning items in separate parcels, pack them in their original packaging and use the individual labels.

Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. If required, complete all three copies of the customs invoice. Put each one into the clear envelope, and attach it to the parcel without closing it.
