Myprotein Return Policy

You can start a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a full refund: 

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached.

  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with no marks.

  • Underwear, swimwear or socks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Footwear must be tried indoors.

  • Non-clothing items must be unopened, unused with any seals still intact.

  • Returns of MP apparel and accessories bought from retail partners are not accepted through Myprotein. You should contact the original retailer.

If returned items don’t meet the criteria above, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Myprotein reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is saleable.
