Lounge Returns & Exchanges Policy
You are granted a generous 45-day window to process a return, starting from the day your original parcel was dispatched. To be eligible, all items must be returned in their original, resalable condition with all tags and labels still attached. Products cannot show any marks, stains, rips, or pulls.
Please note that items from the Underwear Accessories collection are non-returnable due to hygiene standards, and bedding cannot be returned once its packaging has been opened. Additionally, returned swimwear must have the hygiene strip intact and undamaged.
Refunds are based on the product price alone; original shipping, e-Gift Card, and Gift Wrap charges are non-refundable. All US refunds are subject to a $3 fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount. You must retain tracked proof of postage, as Lounge is not responsible for lost returns without a physical or digital tracking receipt.
