It seems many of these bad reviews are people blaming Firebox for mistakes couriers have made, combined with not utilising the proper contact options on the website. Even some of them theyve used them for years all good,leave nothing, then have one single bad experience and then choose to leave a review. Ive used them for years and they have always been brilliant.My recent order UPS messed up with transport of a personalised item, which they sorted proactively, then when they dispatched the main order Evri lost track of it for over 2 weeks. None of this was their fault. During this time they were quick to respond, and quick to check the tracking and issue a refund, with a discount voucher as an added bonus. I used the refund to re order items and during this time the original order arrived. Again, they were quick to respond and solve. Great unique products, prompt and effective customer service and will definitely use again. If you are having issues getting a response, I advise you use the main contact form on the website.

Legit company but more social media staff needed!

Arrived within two weeks. I was initially disappointed after reading online comments saying items hadn’t arrived, which caused some concern. The tracking information was a little confusing—it showed the item reaching the docks and then appeared to stop. However, if people read the email carefully, it does explain this. After that, the tracking doesn’t update and then the item randomly arrives at your door. Maybe add tracking info to show customers the item has left the docs and is on route? The product itself is exactly as described and I’m very happy with it.I think the company may not have anticipated how busy they would be and may have oversold. In the future, they should ensure their delivery system can handle demand and that they have enough staff to respond to customer concerns online. It’s not a good look to see so many disgruntled customers online with no response, other than comments being turned off.Unfortunately, I think the reputational damage has been significant. An apology post and some transparency could go a long way toward salvaging trust in the business.

After reading the reviews I was a bit…

After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous but had a great experience.Ordered last minute personalised item in which it said an estimated delivery of the 23rd and explained it may take longer over Christmas.Arrived today as stated I think people are getting confused as they are shipped from Austria to uk and then it flags as delivered but its then sorted in the UK and delivered to your address. Would order from here again for sure.

Great items order in plenty of time.

Yes took a while to arrive ordered 26th Nov and didnt arrive until 18th Dec so long wait but luckily they arrived on time. Items are fab expensive but good for Christmas gifts. Customer service from Steven who was prompt and helpful? explained the process as i thought my items were delivered to address in Northampton but actually this was just arriving in uk with ups and then came swiftly from royal mail. Would use again thank you Steven sorry dont have your surname on emails from you can't wait to gift!!

Definitely not a scam company

Thought this was a scam got a delivery notification to say item delivered to Northampton. I emailed customer service who explained when there is a personalised item it comes from Austria and it is delivered to the Northampton depot, from there royal mail picks the order up and delivers. Got my beer glass today and it is fantastic.

Great customer service,fast delivery

I made purcase ,a gift present.I didnt recive any mail,no order number,nothing but transaction went thrue,so I was very scared that I got scammed.I contact customer service and they respond immdietly and provide me my order number and valid tracking number via Gls,and my pacage arrive within 5 day eaven it was personalized present

I was so shocked

I was so shocked, I ordered as saw the glass I wanted as an advert, then read the reviews and regretted it straight away! Wasn't expecting the product after reading so many negatives but it arrived within a week of ordering. So pleased with how it turned out too.Didn't get confirmation straight away so that added to the worry however did receive it and then got details of it been posted too.
