Books-A-Million offers a very short window for modifications. You may cancel your entire order or update the shipping address only within the first 30 minutes of placing the order.

Unfortunately, due to the automated processing, it is not possible to change or swap items (add or remove products) from an order once it is placed, nor can the email address linked to the order be updated.

Does Books-A-Million offer price matching or price adjustment?

No, Books-A-Million does not currently offer price matching. Furthermore, the company does not offer price adjustments if an item you purchased goes on sale at a lower price after your order is complete. The in-store and online pricing structures can also vary and are not eligible to be matched against each other.

Can I exchange an item purchased online or in-store?
